Specialisation - Improving load carrier processes
JHES has experienced that many factors can have a negative influence on load carrier processes that pass by uncontrolled.
Perhaps you will recognize some of the following examples:
- You trade your white Euro pallets with your customers, and every year you bear a loss.
- Obviously you will carefully report your pooled pallets to your pool provider. Within a few months though, you will find that the pallet balance in your account will differ from the physical stock.
- Your suppliers will provide you with various types of pallets and your customers will express their need for pallets. Your company is subsequently stuck with different sorts of load carriers and additional high management and storage costs.
- Due to many influencing factors, it is very difficult to estimate the budget for load carriers every year.
Do you recognize one of these situations, or do you have other experiences as to why the business isn't under control? In that case JHES is prepared to listen and make an inventory to see if, and where, there are possibilities for improvement and cost reductions.
